    Naya Annigeri notched a triple-double with 30 points, 11 rebounds and 10 steals as Medfield defeated Medgar Evers (NY), 73-50, in the Hoophall Invitational.

    In other girls basketball action, Reese Hughes put in 10 points to lead Chelmsford (3-7) over North Andover 39-31 in a Merrimack Valley Conference matchup.

    In nonleague play, Bella Coras netted 18 points as Norwood topped Pentucket 55-49. … Tamia Darling finished with 17 points and 11 boards as Cathedral topped Westwood 57-29.

    Boys Hockey

    In the Middlesex League, Mason McLean, Jack Feeney and Declan McLean all scored as Melrose blanked Watertown/Wayland 3-0.
    Declan Daley scored twice off a pair of assists from Alex Fivek as Sam Griswold turned away 28 shots for his seventh shutout as Concord-Carlisle blanked MVC/DCL opponent Boston Latin 2-0.

    In the Northeastern Conference, Erik DePlacido had a pair of goals as Masconomet doubled up Peabody 4-2.

    Jason Gillis and Anthony Parise each scored and dished an assist, leading a balanced Norwood attack to a 5-3 Tri-Valley League win over Dedham.

    Colin Garrity scored twice in a balanced offensive eruption, helping Hingham roll to a 7-0 nonleague win over Needham. … With a goal and two assists, Wyatt Goyette surpassed 121 career points to set a program record and help lead Middleboro/Carver/Wareham to a signature, 5-3 win over Sandwich. … Ryan Avila’s game-winning goal lifted Bishop Feehan to a 2-1 upset win over previously unbeaten Canton.

    Girls Hockey

    Gianna Cedrone notched 29 saves and four different players scored, lifting Billerica/Chelmsford to a 4-0 MVC/DCL Large win over Andover.

    Lindsay Butt scored twice, including the first of her career, to bolster Milton in a 4-0 nonleague win over RI Storm. … Addy Harrington scored twice as Duxbury blanked Malden Catholic 3-0.

    Junie McCabe, Cate Sheehan and Courtney Fisher each scored for Winchester, fueling a meaningful 3-2 Middlesex League Liberty win over Belmont. … Avery Tapp’s two goals helped Woburn run away with a 5-0 win over Reading, handing the Rockets their first loss of the year.

    Emma Steiner, Shayla Kocur and Sofia Cleary tallied goals for Burlington, powering a 3-1 Middlesex League Freedom win over Stoneham.

    In the Cape and Islands League, Julia Kipperman and Gaby Bassett each netted a hat trick as Nauset cruised over Barnstable 7-3.

    Track and Field

    Walpole’s boys’ team scored a cumulative total of 54 points to win the MSTCA Div. 3 relays while Reading came in second with 41 points and Burlington finished third with 34 points. Melrose won the girls’ division with 51.5 points, Duxbury finished second with 43 points and Milton rounded out the top three with 33.

    Wakefield’s boys’ team scored a cumulative total of 62 points to win the MSTCA Div. 4 relays. Newburyport came in second with 53 points while Pembroke finished third with 51. Amherst-Pelham won the girls’ division with 37.5 points while Holliston and Newburyport finished tied for second with 30.49 points.
