Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman has been looking for a fight… for years.
If you thought he was going to pass up an opportunity to finally drop the gloves on a national stage during the Stadium Series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, you’re even crazier than he is.
Swayman, who kickstarted the tension by leaping in on a scrum in his own crease, was immediately challenged for his transgressions by Tampa Bay goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy — and accepted.
Swayman struggled to find his footing, but landed a couple of punches before being wrestled to the ground. Vasilevskiy nicely waited for his counterpart to remove all of his gear before landing two flush shots to the cheek.

The Bruins and Lightning played an interesting one through two periods, with the former leading 5-2 during the time of the fight.
