The Celtics snapped their two-game losing streak Saturday night with a 111-100 win over the Washington Wizards at TD Garden.
The C’s opened up a huge lead by outscoring the Wizards 35-14 in the second quarter and led by 30 at one point in the third quarter. The Wizards outscored the Celtics 28-18 in the fourth quarter, which forced C’s head coach Joe Mazzulla to put his starters back in the game with five minutes left, but Boston held on for a double-digit victory.
