The New England Patriots are garnering significant buzz as a prime candidate to improve in 2025. Another voice added to that sentiment. On Wednesday, Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer identified the Patriots as one of the teams he’s hearing the most about behind the scenes. The NFL insider told Rich Eisen that he’s “fascinated” by the Patriots and their Week 1 opponent, the Las Vegas Raiders. “I think both those teams are going to be better,” Breer said on “The Rich Eisen Show.” “Now, how much better, we’ll see.” Breer believes New England’s success will hinge on Drake Maye’s second-year progression…

The Boston Celtics aren’t expected to be a very active team in NBA free agency this offseason. But they do have a pair of important decisions to make regarding two valuable frontcourt pieces. Big men Al Horford and Luke Kornet are both set to hit unrestricted free agency when the new league year begins on July 6. Boston can negotiate with Horford and Kornet up until that point, but if no deals are reached, they could hit the open market and potentially seek greener pastures. Celtics president of basketball operations Brad Stevens would prefer that doesn’t happen. “As you look…

Photo by Olivia Vanni/Getty Images Hopefully things get better soon! I want fun baseball back! Well, that road trip, and the entire first half of the season for that matter, was an infuriating experience! The Sox now have another Thursday off-day today to rest and recover, and then kick off what will hopefully be a much more fruitful and spectacularly memorable second half of the season. (I still believe their ceiling remains high, even if the odds of reaching it are lower.) As always, talk about what you want and be good to one another! Source link
