    Cate Buckeler and Emma DaSilva scored two goals each as Barnstable bested Nantucket 10-2 in a nonleague girls hockey contest.

    Casey Pestilli (two goals, assist) and Maddy Ramsey (two goals, assist) tallied three points apiece for Sandwich in a 5-2 win over Martha’s Vineyard. … Julie Cotto netted two goals, while Erin McCabe made 29 saves as Dedham (2-0) defeated Hopkinton 4-2 in the Tri-Valley League.

    In NEPSAC play, Riley Nugent, Sarah DiCenso, and Olivia Polles had two goals each, as Pingree coasted to a 9-1 win over Winsor.

    Boys basketball

    In a Mayflower league matchup, Justin Mullen (14 points), Aidan Antonetti (13 points) and Patrick Jackson (12 points) propelled South Shore Voke to 58-37 victory over Tri-County.

    Girls basketball

    Jayden Starr (14 points) paced Governor’s (4-0) in a 53-46 come-from-behind win over ISL opponent Thayer.

    Girls gymnastics

    Chelmsford/Tyngsboro/Billerica collected a solid 130.55-115.7 victory over Methuen. Joanna Hoose of Billerica was the all-around champion with a score of 36.7. Taking second place was Gianna McLatchy of Chelmsford with a 30.0.
