    Caroline Samaras scored twice and Maggie O’Handley added two assists as Andover shut out Newton North, 4-0, in nonleague field hockey play.

    Kendal Cusack had three assists as Walpole rolled past Winchester, 6-1…..Ava Korisianos scored and Tabby Lopes extended a shutout streak as St. Mary’s defeated Bishop Stang 1-0…. Elisabeth Stutzman finished with five points (four goals, one assist), Quinn Jordan, Rylie McQuade, and Megan Dwyer each added a pair of points (one goal, one assist) as Sandwich blanked Manchester Essex, 7-0.

    Boys soccer

    In a nonleague game, Yaseen Dakiri tallied a goal and an assist to lead Methuen to a 2-1 victory over Somerville. … Lorenzo Mercidieu scored the lone goal and Bryan Daluz recorded six saves as Durfee edged Somerset Berkley, 1-0.

    Senior Garrison Murphy found the back of the net twice to lead St. John’s Prep past Franklin, 2-1.

    Girls soccer

    Anya Duffy scored a pair of goals as Marshfield defeated Canton, 2-1, in nonleague action. … Eleanor Mone finished with a hat trick while Helena Goncalves and Mackenna Metell both added a pair of goals as Martha’s Vineyard defeated Collegiate Charter (Lowell), 12-0.

    In an Independent School League matchup, Tatum Sloper scored a pair of goals and Griffin Demers added two assists to boost Berwick Academy to a 3-0 victory over Wheeler School.
