    In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Talia Lowney netted five goals to propel Greater Lowell to a 6-1 girls soccer win over Whittier.

    Mia Dragoumanos had six saves in goal for the shutout as Tyngsboro defeated Hudson 4-0 in a Midland-Wachusett matchup.

    In a Patriot League game, Claire Keegan scored two goals and Teagan Frattasio recorded her first varsity goal as Whitman-Hanson defeated Plymouth South 3-0. … Lauren Sutliffe collected two goals and an assist as Duxbury routed Scituate 7-0.

    Aila Chase had two tallies and Izzy Dunn added another as Hopkinton blanked Holliston 3-0 in a Tri-Valley League tilt.

    Boys soccer

    In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Davide Vitale tallied a hat trick while Zach Dziggle added two goals and an assist to lead Shawsheen to a 5-0 victory over Kipp Academy. … Alejandro Cano Gil netted two goals to propel Greater Lowell to a 3-0 victory over Northeast Tech.

    In nonleague action, Mason Deneault scored four times as Somerset-Berkley tripled up Sandwich 6-2. … Gavin Bohan, Ali Mendoza, Calvin Manganello all found the back of the net with a goal each while Robert Wiesehahn earned the shutout as Duxbury defeated Scituate 3-0 in a Patriot League contest.

    Field hockey

    In the Cape & Islands League, Sadie Paterson and Rowan Paul each scored twice as Nantucket upended Falmouth 5-3.

    In the South Coast Conference, Maura Richardson led the scoring with three goals and one assist as Case defeated Fairhaven 8-2.

    Golf

    In a nonleague contest, Lucas Beauregard shot a 39 and was able to birdie two holes to go along with three pars as Apponequet came up with a 262-266 victory over Case.

    Volleyball

    In the Cape Ann League, Audrey Manning had 10 kills, five blocks and 14 assists while  Alexia Vaquerano had 12 kills and 14 digs as Lynnfield swept Essex Tech 3-0.
