The New England Free Jacks smashed the Miami Sharks Sunday, 32-10, at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy.
With the win, the Free Jacks host the Chicago Hounds in the Major League Rugby Eastern Conference Final next Saturday at 1 p.m. The winner will play for the MLR Shield on June 28 at Centerville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, RI.
Paula Balekana (1’), Andrew Quattrin (28’), Simon-Peter Toleafoa (48’) and Le Roux Malan (77’) were scorers for the Free Jacks. Dan Hollinshead had 12 points on three conversions, a penalty goal and a drop goal.
