The Patriots signed veteran defensive tackle Kyle Peko on Monday.

Peko, 32, has played under Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel with the Titans, offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels on the Raiders and defensive coordinator Terrell Williams on the Lions last season.

In a corresponding roster move, the Patriots waived rookie defensive tackle Bryce Ganious. Peko joins Christian Barmore, Milton Williams, Khyiris Tonga, Joshua Farmer, Jeremiah Pharms Jr., Isaiah Iton, David Olajiga and Jahvaree Ritzie on the Patriots’ defensive line.

Peko entered the NFL undrafted out of Oregon State in 2016. He’s also spent time with the Broncos, Bills and Colts. He played five games with one start last season with the Lions.
