FOXBORO — The Patriots will be at near full health for Sunday’s wild-card round matchup against the Chargers.

Wide receiver Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) and outside linebacker Harold Landry (knee) are active after being listed as questionable. Linebacker Robert Spillane (ankle) will also make his return to the starting defense. He hasn’t played since before the bye week.

Defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga (foot) is the only considerable contributor inactive with injury. Wide receiver Mack Hollins (abdomen) is also still on IR.

Here’s the Patriots’ full list of inactives:

QB Tommy DeVito (emergency third QB)
    WR Jeremiah Webb
    TE CJ Dippre
    OT Marcus Bryant
    OL Caedan Wallace
    DT Khyiris Tonga
    OLB Bradyn Swinson

    Notes:

    • An emergency third QB can only enter the game if the two active quarterbacks go down with injuries. He would need to leave the game if either active quarterback is cleared.

    • Webb was elevated from the practice squad in case Boutte couldn’t go. If active, it would have been his NFL debut. Boutte, Stefon Diggs, DeMario Douglas, Kyle Williams and Efton Chism will be available at wide receiver.

    • Dippre, a rookie, is a healthy scratch. The Patriots have Hunter Henry, Austin Hooper and fullback Jack Westover available at tight end.

    • Expect the Patriots starting O-line to be LT Will Campbell, LG Jared Wilson, C Garrett Bradbury, RG Mike Onwenu and RT Morgan Moses. The backups will be OT Thayer Munford Jr., OT Vederian Lowe and C/G Ben Brown.

    • Tonga was ruled out with a foot injury on Friday. He was spotted at practice on Friday running around, so it’s possible he could play if the Patriots advance.

    • Swinson is back on the inactive list with OLB Harold Landry back active.

    • Chargers rookie running back Omarion Hampton is active despite an ankle injury that held him out of practice Wednesday and Thursday. Here’s the Chargers’ full list of inactives: CB Isas Waxter, S Kendall Williamson, OLB Bud Dupree, OLB Kyle Kennard, OT Austin Deculus, WR Dalevon Campbell and TE Tyler Conklin.
