The Boston Celtics are aiming for a third straight win Monday night against the Bucks in Milwaukee, and they’ll have to do it without a few key players.
NBA MVP candidate Jaylen Brown and starting center Neemias Queta will not play for the Celtics. Brown is out with an illness and Queta is on the injury report with a “rest” designation. Queta scored a career-high 27 points with 17 rebounds in the Celtics’ win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday night.
The Bucks will be getting a boost with the return of Giannis Antetokounmpo. The two-time league MVP has missed the last five weeks with a right calf injury.
Payton Pritchard and Derrick White will need to step up offensively for Boston with two starters unavailable.
