BOSTON — The Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers are back in action Tuesday night at TD Garden for Game 2 of their first-round playoff series.
Philly will hope for a more competitive matchup than Game 1, when the Celtics cruised to a wire-to-wire 123-91 victory. C’s stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown racked up a combined 51 points (20-38 FG) in the win, with Tatum adding 11 rebounds and seven assists in a masterful two-way performance.
Sixers star Joel Embiid will remain sidelined for Game 2 as he continues to work his way back from appendectomy surgery. Boston has a clean injury report.
