    In the Patriot League, Dylan Hurley had 14 of her game-high 27 points in the second quarter as Whitman-Hanson (13-1) rolled over Hanover 51-30 win its 11th straight girls basketball game.

    Deb Kisekka tallied 18 points to power the red-hot Lowell (13-1) to a 47-31 Merrimack Valley Conference win over North Andover. … Lilly Phillips notched 11 points with six boards and five assists as Central Catholic (6-8) edged Chelmsford 48-46.

    Sophie Fish led with 14 points as Milton (8-7) took down Bay State Conference rival Needham 46-41. … In the Tri-Valley League, Abby Broderick and Naya Annigeri each scored 24 points as Medfield toppled Westwood 71-34.

    Boys basketball

    In the Hockomock League, Darrian Sanders collected 15 points, eight rebounds and five assists as Mansfield defeated Franklin 48-42.

    Rocky Brea Arias (23 points) and John Chareas (21 points) led the way as St. Mary’s of Lynn (13-1) topped Archbishop Williams 88-73 in Catholic Central League action.

    In the Tri-Valley League, Giulian Mariano netted 21 points as Dover-Sherborn (7-6) defeated Holliston 56-42. … Jacob Klass dropped 26 points as Beverly cruised over Northeastern Conference opponent Gloucester 61-28.

    Griffin Mayo dialed up a game-high 21 points for St. John Paul II in a 63-25 Cape and Islands League rout of Sturgis West. … In a Merrimack Valley Conference contest, Aiden Walter finished with 17 points, 14 rebounds, and six assists to pace Lowell to a 62-58 victory over North Andover.
