What to Know
- Several Patriots FA signings met with the media Thursday afternoon Gillette Stadium.
- Tom E. Curran and Phil Perry reacted to today’s press conferences on a new Patriots Talk Podcast.
- Executive VP of player personnel Eliot Wolf also spoke with reporters.
- Speculation continues around a potential A.J. Brown trade to New England.
The New England Patriots signed nine players during the first week of free agency, which unofficially began Monday with the legal tampering period. A handful of those players spoke to the media on Thursday, as well as executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf.
In addition to the Patriots’ roster moves, Wolf (sort of) addressed the possibility of a trade for Philadelphia Eagles star wide receiver A.J. Brown. Mike Giardi of the Boston Sports Journal said on Wednesday’s Early Edition that sources around the league “all believe” Brown will end up in New England.
