    What to Know

    • Tune into NBC Sports Boston at 6:30 p.m. ET for Celtics Pregame Live. Stay with us after the final buzzer for Celtics Postgame Live.
    • The Celtics (40-20) are in second place in the Eastern Conference standings.
    • The Bucks (26-33) are three games out of a play-in tournament spot.
    • Jaylen Brown (illness) and Neemias Queta (rest) won’t play for Boston.
    • Giannis Antetokounmpo makes his return after a five-week absence due to injury, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.

The Boston Celtics are aiming for a third straight win Monday night against the Bucks in Milwaukee, and they’ll have to do it without a few key players.

NBA MVP candidate Jaylen Brown and starting center Neemias Queta will not play for the Celtics. Brown is out with an illness and Queta is on the injury report with a “rest” designation. Queta scored a career-high 27 points with 17 rebounds in the Celtics’ win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday night.

The Bucks will be getting a boost with the return of Giannis Antetokounmpo. The two-time league MVP has missed the last five weeks with a right calf injury.

Payton Pritchard and Derrick White will need to step up offensively for Boston with two starters unavailable.
