The New England Patriots addressed multiple positions of need during the 2026 NFL Draft.

The offensive line, pass rush, and tight end position were three of the Pats’ top priorities heading into the draft, and they used their first three picks to address those areas. They traded up to select Utah offensive tackle Caleb Lomu at No. 28 overall, moved up the board again to take Illinois edge defender Gabe Jacas in Round 2, and added Notre Dame tight end Eli Raridon in Round 3.

On Day 3, New England continued to add depth on both sides of the ball. It used its last four selections on a linebacker, quarterback, running back, and edge rusher.
