    Tewksbury skates to 8-0 win over Scarborough (Maine)

    Tewksbury skates to 8-0 win over Scarborough (Maine)

    Tewksbury stayed undefeated (4-0) with a dominant 8-0 boys hockey win over Scarborough (Maine) at the Gorham Holiday Tournament at the University of Southern Maine. Kevin Andriolo netted a hat trick for the Redmen, while Tyler Bourgea produced one goal and two assists.

    Ryan Russo, Cam Grady and Jack Walkus (assist) scored for Silver Lake in a 3-1 nonleague win over Triton.

    Girls hockey

    Mia Kmiec and Camden Slooper netted two goals each, while Charlotte Woodford had a goal and two assists as HPNA rolled to an 8-1 nonleague win over Newburyport.

    Boys basketball

    James Arthur scored 25 points, while Alton Williams added 10 points as Hollis-Brookline (N.H.) defeated Dracut 67-45 in the Beacon Group Holiday Classic Tournament at Lowell Catholic.

    In other action in the tourney, Shawsheen Tech (4-0) advanced to play Hollis-Brookline for the title with a 51-29 victory over Triton. Sophomore Nate Smith led the way for the Rams with 11 points and six steals.
